1st Thematic Workshop and Public Conference on Social Enterprise
Thursday 10th and Friday 11th February 2005, Milan

The first LNet thematic workshop gathered the 7 LNet partners, policy-makers and practioners to share case studies in the field of social enterprise. The workshop was followed by a public conference, also on social enterprise, on the morning of Friday 11th February.

Fabio Terragni, Managing Director of ASNM provided an introduction to the Learning Network and went on to explore the topic of social enterprise in Europe.

Partners were also given the opportunity to share their experiences and best practices from 5 European cities: London, Hamburg, Amsterdam, Prague and Milan

A roundtable discussion followed which produced proposals for future work upon the theme of social enterprise development.
