The European Learning Network Experts' Workshop

The experts’ workshop provided a forum for senior economic development professionals to share best practice in tackling barriers to enterprise such as access to finance and business support, low skills levels and the enterprise gap. The experts’ workshop focused on three key themes:

• The enterprise gap and entrepreneurship
• Innovation
• Social enterprise

The workshop was aimed at economic regeneration practitioners, senior policy makers and social entrepreneurs. It allowed experts in the field to explore in more detail the city experiences set out at the LNET conference on 24th November through the medium of three round table sessions facilitated and introduced by experts in the field.
