The Technology
centre is the consortium of research institutes of the Academy
of Sciences: Institute of Chemical Process Fundamentals, Institute
of Microbiology, Institute of Molecular Genetics, Institute
of Physics, Institute of Plasma Physics
Main activities
of the Technology Centre:
- transnational
technology transfer (European networks IRC and OPET)
- national
information centre for European Framework Programmes
- strategic
studies - regional innovation strategy and technology foresight
- business
incubator for high-tech companies (European EBN network)
The Technology Centre also hosts the Society for Promotion
of Technology Transfer of the Czech Republic.
