Brianza Technology Park – Milan

What? The Brianza Technology Park has promoted entrepreneurship in a 280,000m2 ex-industrial site that now comprises 26 buildings, which are used as workspace for businesses in the industrial and service sectors. The site used to be home to a large car factory, Autobianchi.

Who? The project is delivered by the Brianza Technology Park S.p.A and the Addamiano Group.

Where? The site is located in a deprived urban area in Milan. Prior to this intervention, the site was a ‘no-go’ area which required total reclamation. Indeed, it was necessary to demolish 120,000m2 of buildings before the development could commence.
