How was the manual developed?

This manual has been developed as part of a study involving five partner cities - Amsterdam, Hamburg, London, Milan and Prague - funded by the European Union’s INTERREG IIIC programme.

The manual is the result of a 32 month project, the European Learning Network (LNet) (July 2004 – February 2007), which looked at the best ways to encourage enterprise in deprived urban areas.
